My name is Chelsea, and I’m so happy you are here. The journey to creating Jacare began after several years of professional marketing experience, which has taught me the importance of digital strategy, and how effective it can be for one’s business if done right. 

Then, after graduating from The University of Tampa with a B.S. in International Business and Marketing with a concentration in Spanish, I completed the 120-Hour TEFL Teaching Certificate. I developed a natural passion for teaching and realized that language is a critical component of successful marketing. By finding a strong alignment between language and marketing, Jacare Marketing and Languages was born.

The name Jacare, written in its original form as “Jacaré” was inspired by the Portuguese (Jacaré) and Guaraní (Yacaré) words for alligator or cayman, a reptile known for its emotional depth and self-awareness. These qualities are essential in both digital marketing and language learning, and I strongly believe they are crucial for success in both fields. I also grew up with a love for reptiles, so the name became a perfect fit.

At Jacare Marketing and Languages, we offer a range of digital marketing services and English business language courses to help individuals and businesses succeed in today’s global market. As a fluent English and Spanish speaker, I am currently working hard to master the Portuguese language, which will enable me to expand our services even further.
